I'm 5'2 and weight 75 kg / 165 lbs. I want to lose 50 pounds. I tried all sorts of things like going to the gym 40 minutes of work together with the diet but its not working and maybe I have to do two months solid instead of leaving too soon. So I finally bought a treadmill and I am looking to get a bike or anything else, so I can vary my training. I have also weights that I use from time to time and is expected to get this for my upper body strength too. In short, I will work hard and do not have to go back to college for a couple of months. I'll have about 1200 calories per day – with fewer calories, but food in bulk, such as vegetables and protein – low carbs and lots of fruit with antioxidants, etc. Right now I'm doing 800 calories per day I workout on the treadmill twice every day – if this double per day, how much I lose per week – there is a calculator somewhere? What you have mentioned, 1798 calories sounds good for a man, but too tall for a woman of her height and weight (do not know your age).
